By day, we’re one of West Seattle’s most original coffee houses, a gathering spot that the locals call “West Seattle’s Living Room”. By afternoon and evening, we’re also one of West Seattle’s most affordable and unique small event spaces.

C&P’s 1904 Craftsman-style home features wall-to-wall charm, including hardwood floors, the original brick fireplace, cobblestone front and rear decks and a tree-lined outdoor garden. Year-round, up to 50 people can comfortably mix and mingle indoors. When the weather allows, our capacity rises to 100.
C&P features all of the amenities you or a professional caterer will need to stage a buffet or offer passed hors d'oeuvres – there is also ample parking to bring in specialty food trucks.
Couples have met here… and returned to get married!
C&P’s rental facility packages include:
- Friendly and efficient staff
- Full espresso bar
- Beer and wine service
- A large main room with original fireplace and hardwood floors
- A small, low-rise stage to perform the ceremony, seat the bridal party, host event speakers, performances or even a small band
- A small side room for additional seating, food staging or to use as a private space for the bride and groom
We will gladly help you arrange caterers, florists, live music, photographers or whatever else is needed to make your special occasion one to remember.
Our rental rate is $175.00 per hour (commercial rates available on request). We have a three-hour minimum rental on the weekends. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
Our event staffing, beverage service and catering packages are competitively priced.

One of my favorite establishments in West Seattle, by far! We hosted a small reception here (40-50 people) to celebrate our recent nuptials with friends who were unable to attend our out-of-state wedding ceremony. Pete and Cam were incredibly accommodating to our needs, which were few as the space is charming and intimate to begin with. We simply brought in food and special mementos from our big day to host a celebratory gathering with loved ones. It's a favorite memory of ours and C & P was the only place I even considered when searching for an event location.
