One Night Only–Bring WordsWest Back Together Again: Katy E. Ellis, Harold Taw, and Susan Rich
Come join us for a celebration of poetry and prose readings by the WordsWest curators.
Katy E. Ellis’ debut full length prose-poetry-novel Home Water, Home Land is forthcoming from Tolsun Books in September 2022. Her work has appeared in numerous publications in the U.S., including Pithead Chapel, American Journal of Poetry, and in and Canadian journals PRISM International, Grain and Fiddlehead.
Susan Rich is the author of five poetry collections including the just released, GALLERY OF POSTCARDS AND MAPS: NEW AND SELECTED POEMS, Salmon Poetry, 2022. Her poems have been published in the Alaska Quarterly Review, New England Review, Image Journal and O Magazine. She is director of Poets on the Coast: A Weekend Retreat for Women.
Harold Taw is a multi-form writer. His debut novel was Adventures of the Karaoke King. His writing has been featured on NPR, in a New York Times bestselling anthology, and in The Seattle Times. He co-wrote a musical adaptation of Jane Austen’s final novel Persuasion, which premiered at Seattle’s Taproot Theatre, and is currently co-writing a steampunk musical
