The Classic Novels (and Movies) Book Club of West Seattle Title: Dr. Zhivago by Boris Pasternak (1957); first half. We'll read the second half for our January meeting. Film version: the epic adaptation directed by David Lean, Dr Zhivago (1965) starring Omar Sharif and Julie Christie.
